Had a missed call from this number earlier today. Called it back to see who it was and it said it was Bank of Queensland credit card calling, but they would try again another time as it is not urgent. I'm sceptical as the number is from NSW/ACT not QLD; and I bank with BOQ and I have NEVER had them call me regarding any of my accounts. I have confirmed that BOQ have not attempted to contact me nor would they expect me to give out any information to an incoming call. Don't know who is calling but it's not BOQ!

Had a missed call today from this number, called it back and it says it is Bank of Queensland credit cards. I'm very sceptical it is, as I bank with BOQ and I've never had a call from them regarding any banking, let alone credit cards.

Claimed to be from BOQ, wanted to updated my personal and credit card details.
