Called by auto voice. I called back and a man answered. He asked for information but i told him until he can answered me who he is i wont give him any information. He hung up on me and blocked my number so i could not call back.

It is a scam and DO NOT give them any information

ATO SCAM. Saying that ATO has audited you and your account is overdue, penalties apply and possible arrest! DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER BACK! Avoid DO NOT ANSWER!! got 2 calls today so far.

Pretended (via automated voice message) to be Australian Tax Office suggesting that I have committed tax fraud and they have failed to contact me via mail and they have an arrest warrant out against me.
Message asked for me to call their hotline to discuss. Message left on my message bank.

Pretending to be the ATO and that the recipient has committed tax fraud. It was an automated message.
