Message error number given on my laptop unable to shutdown asked to ring this number to fix , I phoned and asked to access my laptop . Told got virus on my laptop and need to have protection and gave individual prices for firewall , identity and devices protection for my laptop.

Message appeared on computer to call this number stating they were from microsoft, unfortunately the user called and gave them access. they asked questions about te number of devices conncted to the local network and about the photos on screensaver. Laptop has been fully wiped and re-imaged.

This number is associated with a Malaware virus which has shut down and blocked my computer. I was suppose to ring this number within five minutes for "professional fix" - have you had any other complaints re this virus, if so then how can these people use our phone system for these purposes?

asked for access to my computer and i fell for it!!! try to scam me into downloading something and said it would cost 200 do not trust them
