They call themselves 'Web Security Experts' and there's a call-centre room full of them waiting for your call. They are NOT associated with Microsoft.
The scary warning on your computer states in part:

Malicious Spyware/Riskware Detected

Do not ignore this critical alert.
If you close this page, your computer access will be disabled to prevent further damage to our network.

The message goes on to warn that the following information is being stolen: financial data, FaceBook logins, CC details, email account logins and photos stored on this computer.
Do not call, simply use MS Defender or some other malware software to disable and remove the SupportScam:JS/TechBrolo Trojan.
