Australia Reverse Phone Lookup

I queried my Vodafone bill and discovered that I have been charged for premium service I did not activate.
Vodafone have told me this began in May, they have assured me they have cancelled this ‘scam service’
I have been on phone no 1800 316 510 for over 20 minutes and still waiting for ‘customer care agent’ to answer!!!
Not happy!

I have received a $4.99 charge on my Vodafone bill, I have never used thIs service I rang Vodafone and they told me this is for a gaming app Skillfull Play

I have received a Premium Message charge from phone number 19943210 for the last three months. I have no knowledge of authorising the charge - I suspect it came as a result of doing a fake online survey offering a $500 Woolworths voucher.

Vodafone advise the charge is from a Mobile Star Investments, who I have never heard of. They operate a mobile games portal under the name SkilFulPlay.

To avoid this in the future, I have had Vodafone blocked access to the Premium Message service.

Same as everyone else, charged $5 to my account and I don't know what its for!! How do we get rid of it???

Been charged $4.55 per month for about the last three months. Tried to find out from mobile carrier what it was for - but no reply

there is a charge on my account, this is so wrong i checked my phone and i did not call that number!

I never used any premium service so why charge $4.99 extra in my vodafone plan. Thats something like stole money from accounts.
