Digital Turbine unauthorised charges @ $8.99 a week. Charged to my Telstra Account and Telstra will not credit charges. Unable to make phone contact with Digital Turbine to obtain a refund as Telstra will have nothing to do with it, even though they obviously have an agreement with them to collect the money illegally charged to my account.

I was billed $6.99 for Woot and when I rang them to find out what the heck was going on they said that I had already stopped it. What the hell I don't remember joining so I sure as hell don't remember sending stop to them.

I was billed for 3 months for over $110 and I never subscribed to the site. The first I knew about MIA Sphere was when we got our bill from Optus. I maintain Optus should refund me,as they have been the party to take our money without authority.
Has anyone successfully obtained refunds from either of the parties involved?

I have been billed on my mobile phone each week $6.36 on the exact time by Supplier MIA Sphere Live for Service Description Smart Viral saying I have use Premieum Service 1300724406.
I have contacted OPTUS and they have blocked the number 1300724406 and will refund the money that 1300724406 charged me via optus.
So be careful with your bill always check what is being charged.

I have been charged on 3/12/16 at 7.43pm for MIA Sphere Live $6.36
and 3/12/16 7.44pm for Digital Turbine 8 $0.23
Do not know where this came from can anyone help on this matter

Digital Turbine uauthorised charges to my iPad 4g account on Telstra

5 charges for Mobistore Digital Turbine 1 per week,the device Telstra 4G is used twice a year for away jobs,wasnt even used in June Yet thats when the charges started ,And io n the bill it says its our responsiblity,so 5 charges and then the bill comes ,think we will get our money back?

We purchased a 4G Modem from Optus.

We are a business client and use the 4G Modem to connect to our pcs to our server when we are away from our office doing Client presentations.

As soon as I started using it, I started receiving charges these charges.

Optus advised it is a subscription fee to Mia Sphere Live for a product called Hotxl, for video streaming.

Never heard of them or their product until this. Its a scam, beware !!!

Just received bill from Telstra for my internet. 5 amounts of $9.08 charged for something I know nothing of. Checked browser history & can't see anything, so where did it come from??

Have been charged $9.08 per week on my optus account from HotXL for a subscribtion that I never subscribed to.

Same problem, some dodgy service called HotXL from an entity known as MIA Sphere Live.

Not a lot you can do about this unfortunately, but report them to the TIO and the ACCC, possible also ASIC (though all probably do nothing)

We have the same problem that this company - Digital Turbine - deducts $ 8.99 p week through the Telstra bill.

Will try and stop this by barring Premium SMS through Telstra and requesting a refund.

I have contacted Optus who advised me the charges where from Digital Turbine so I did some research to find this info.

After some more research I found that they are also known as Mirror Image Access (Australia) Pty Ltd and they are some dodgy Telco who Offer "Premium Support" and still have a phone number but website has been taken down.
