Since the 25th June 2016 I have been in contact with Polotel - regarding my mother's account with Polotel which they managed to transfer her service from Telstra to Polotel. She wanted to cancel the service but would not let her until the 12 months was up or had to pay $250 to opt out of Polotel plus the phone charges. I told them she will pay the account and I will pay $100 for my mother to cancel Polotel. Shane West agreed to $100 but he overcharged my credit card $58.51 and I am still waiting for the overcharged amount to be deposited into my account. It has been 1 month and I am still waiting for the overcharged amount returned to me and it was there fault. They continually make excuses. I have had enough of there lies.
