Same as some others here. My Telstra 4G wi-fi device gives me a message that I'm subscribed for $6.99/wk.
Contacted Telstra who sent a 'cut & paste' reply. A 2nd message for the next week was then received and a 2nd complaint was sent - this time I received a call, but was working so could call. I return call but case manager unavailable!! Will be wiping Telstra after this farce.
