Australia Reverse Phone Lookup

This caller calls me in all hours and tries know personal things. Shall I go to ploice?

Receiving calls from this number and when you answer it there is a pause of a few seconds and then hangs up. When you call back it automatically disconnects.

keep calling and leaving no message - and disconnects any call back after 4 rings.

I am calls while I am at work (on my work phone) from phone number (03) 9631 9700. Every time I answer it, someone hangs up straight away. I have a very busy job and have to take a lot of phone calls, and this has been happening constantly for a week now. It is highly annoying and I am starting to feel harassed by this. I tried calling the number back a few times, but it just rings a few times and then disconnects. I did a search on the internet and have found other people complaining about this number too:

I would be very grateful if someone would look into this - and get it to stop!

I had an incoming call on my mobile from 0396319700. Nobody there on answer. When I return their call on either my mobile or a landline it rings a couple of times and cuts off.
