Australia Reverse Phone Lookup

I keep getting calls from this number with nobody on the other end of the line.
Must be some kind of scam thing because no messages are left and the caller hangs up as soon as voicemail kicks in or I answer the phone.
Is it likely that something has been set up on their end so that I am charged every time this call is made to me?
Can Telstra kill this number?

I have been receiving phonecalls from this number frequently but if I try to return the call it is always engeged. I get the feeling that it is some kind of auto-dialler but what I do not know is if my number is being used to raise revenue for the scammers. Is there a way for me or Telstra to block this number so that I don't get hassled or charged for any scammers using my number?

Probably one to watch for future phone scams, but I'm hoping it will amount to nothing. Call came in but whenever I attempted to dial the number several times over the following hour the signal was constantly engaged.
