I received a call from this number a few moments ago and the speakers english was such that they were not understandable at all. I repeatedly asked them who they were and what they wanted and made it clear I could not understand them. In not getting anywhere with this caller, I terminated the call. Since them, I've so far been harassed with 7 more calls in less than 5 minutes and declined all.
