Male, Indian accent, asked for me by name and when I asked who it was calling they hung up. I then returned call to see if I could find out who it was and got a message saying "Optus advises that the number has been disconnected". I'd like to know how these illegitimate phone numbers are allowed to access the Australian phone network.

I have received a number of hang up calls from this number- the latest being today.
