Unwanted sales call, intrusive and not wanted

I've had over 10 calls from this number - answered 3 times and no one speaks, can hear "call centre" like noise in background. Never leave a message when I don't answer and ring during business hours as well as after hours.
All of these calls are to my mobile.

I keep receiving calls from this number (last one was 28/11/12 at 6.24pm), it rings only a couple of times then they hang up without leaving a message. I've been rung during the day while i'm at work, and now after hours.. I've "googled" this number and it appears as though other people have experienced the same nuisance calls as myself. Surely what these people are doing is against some law or act?
