We have an unlisted number with Telstra and have received 2 messages now. Not sure how they got our number. Same message as Elizabeth reported - ours says he is Jason O'Connor from the ATO and that a case against us is being escalated to our local commonwealth courthouse. A request for us to return his call or a local police officer will call on us with a warrant for our arrest. Im not sure who in our household they are going to arrest :-)

Ringing up and leaving messages saying they are from the ATO regarding tax evasion and saying we will be arrested
