Australia Reverse Phone Lookup

Had these people call my phone 5 times today in 2 hours, 2 times yesterday and 4 times Wednesday. All times apart from last call I missed these calls, when I try to call back it is a recorded message saying Citibank has tried to call me. When I finally could answer the last call, it is also a recorded message saying something about cheaper electricity. They have no right to ring me so many times when I can't contact them back. Just so they can try to sell me something!!!!!!

This F#^king call back center based in Sydney is calling my mbl 3 times a day starting at 6am because I'm in WA with a F#^king recorded message from their client the F#^king renewable energy commission in F#^kin Victoria! When I call the number all I get is a F#6kin recorded message saying "You have been contacted on behalf of our client" All I want is to speak to a real person at the call center hopefully the CEO not the poor person at the complaints department to tell them to Go Get F#^ked!

Keeps ringing at inappropriate times of day.
