Calls from this number when answered only produce a tone for some time and no voice. When I called back I was answered by a Fax machine. I have sent a Fax to them asking to have my number removed from the call list. According to ACMA if a caller does not speak or transmits a tone then under the terms of the Act it is not a Telemarketing call and they are not able to take any action in relation to the matter. Being on the "Do not call list" gives no protection from these people.
