This is CitiBank Insurance. After I decline buying their product, they keep calling my mobile everyday and just hang up after a few seconds.

I get a call from this number at least once every two days and whenever I pick up, there's no response. I say hello? for about 10 seconds and afterwards I simply hang up. Next couple of days they'll call me again and repeat.
