What are Hosted Contact Centre Services?
I kept getting these phone calls from unusual eastern states numbers and when I answered theyd just hang up
It really started to Annoying me so I rang them back and a recorded message said it was from this host contact centre thing and theyd most likely ring again or it was from telstra.
What I cant get is why they hang up because I'd really like to talk to them!!!
Oh and can they be stopped?

Keeps calling my cell phone but never says a word when call is answered...
