I would like to know if this is a genuine Telstra telephone number.
The caller said his name was Steven ,he worked for Telstra and advised me that I have hidden hacking files on my computer.
If I did what he said, he can help me to fix it.
Is this legitimate or is he just trying to fish for information?
I am with Optus and he was very hesitant when I asked him who his boss was or who he reported to in his job.
