Australia Reverse Phone Lookup

My parents got a call from someone claiming to be from a Government dept. called the Reclaim Expert Department informing them that they had a $5248 refund for them. They asked to confirm details such as name, address, date of birth, etc and asked for bank details to deposit the refund. They gave a number to call to ask for a claim form 02 80062393. I called this number several times and they hung up. Finally got through and a lady with a strong Indian accent answered some questions before hanging up. I called the Tax Dept. to see if such a dept as the expert reclaim dept exists. It does not.

Keep calling me for a payment if $199 to get a cheque of the amount $5248 from the reclaim department.

The people say that are from the Government and money is owing to me. It is a Sydney number but when you call it sounds like India / China with a lot of noise in the background, echo and the voices phase in and out. If from the government they should be sending letters. Preying on the elderely as well.
Not good.

A woman called and told me I was entitled to a refund due to bank overcharges of over $5000 and a Richard Smith would be delivering the cheque to me. I assume this is a total SCAM.

Phone call reportedly from Government agency offering to return excess bank fees of $5248.00 & requesting me to ring 0280062393 to have this payment released.
